THE NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports people with disability to live full, independent and meaningful lives. NDIS aims to give people total choice and control over the support participants’ can access. ScopeAbility provides range of services, and by meeting with one of our staff, we can explain in detail how the NDIS funding could avail your range of different supports to achieve your goals.

Workforce Development
ScopeAbility management ensures that all staff members receive required training and receive regular supervision from their manager. If any skill deficiencies are identified, they are discussed with the staff member to create a plan for skill enhancement.
Monitoring and Review
We gather, observe, evaluate, and present data to establish best practices, such as the Authorization of Restrictive Practices (RPA).
